Refund policy

Forge Vibe is currently launching through a founder preorder release.

Because founder preorders are part of a limited early release, refund and cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status of the order at the time of the request.

If you have questions about your preorder, please contact us at info@forge-vibe.com before shipment.

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, founder customers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

More detailed return and refund terms may be updated as Forge Vibe moves from preorder to regular retail availability.
